Shipping Costs

Australia

We offer flat rate standard and express shipping to Australian residents.

If you’re just ordering from the hardware category the shipping costs are:

  • Standard – $6.95
  • Express – $10.95

*Note: Some items from the Notions category are also included in this price bracket.

If your order contains products outside the hardware category the shipping costs are:

  • Standard – $9
  • Express – $16

*For example:

  • If your cart contains Hardware only, the shipping cost is $6.95 ($10.95 for Express).
  • If your cart contains Hardware and Cork products, shipping cost is $9 ($16 for Express).
  • If your cart contains no products from the Hardware category, shipping cost is $9 ($16 for Express).

Orders over $150.00 will be free standard post within Australia.

New Zealand

For our New Zealand customers we have a flat rate for standard shipping. Express rates are calculated at the checkout.

  • Standard – $20
International

International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Times

Australia Post is used to ship all orders. The following delivery times are estimates based on Australia Post guidelines.

Australia

Standard Delivery:
3-5 Business days

Express Delivery:
1 Business day within recognised AusPost, Express Post Network
(Regional areas may take longer.)

New Zealand and Asia

Airmail Only: 3 – 10 Business Days

International

Airmail:
5 – 15 business Days

Sea Mail:
Up to 2 months (approximately)

Taxes

Australia

A 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax), is included in all listed prices and applies to any purchase made within Australia.

International

The 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) is deducted at Checkout.

Please be aware that purchases made may incur Customs/ Duty charges, depending on your country’s governmental laws and regulations. The fees are set by the individual country’s and governing bodies and are completely out of Porcupine Crafts control.

Tracking

All parcels will include tracking unless specifically requested by the Customer by way of written authorisation to do so. Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

We accept no responsibility for any non-tracked/ unregistered purchases that are either delayed or lost via the Australia Post postage system.

Courier Delivery may be requested at the customer’s request and subsequent cost. A quotation will be presented for written approval, prior to finalising the purchase. Please contact us to discuss this.
